The Whisper Became a Roar

On Wednesday, November 5, 2008, the day after the presidential election, I began to hear a whisper in my spirit. The word," Valley of Jehoshaphat." Jehoshaphat means Jehovah Judged. I heard this word repeatedly on Wednesday and Thursday. Thursday night the whisper became a roar as I read the book of the prophet Joel.

Joel 3:11-13 KJV

11 Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O Lord.

12 Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.

13 Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.

The "Valley of Jehoshaphat" may be explained as, " Any place where God may choose to display His judgments against His enemies."

For the Democrat Party the cup of iniquity is full. The LORD is bringing them to Washington D.C. as their "Valley of Jehoshaphat" to judge them. For judgement. The Democrat Party has gathered together against The LORD and His elect. For the sins of homosexuality and abortion they are being judged. This is the Valley of Jehoshaphat for the Democrat Party. Jehovah Judged. The LORD has summoned the Democrat Party up to Washington D.C. to be judged for their sin.

The Republican Party should be thankful that they are not in charge.

Vice President Elect Joe Biden and Speaker of The United States House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi have been rebuked for their position on abortion by Bishops in The Roman Catholic Church . Judgement.

Congress had a 7% approval rating before the election. Judgement.

For the praying righteous remnant, righteous through their faith in the living Christ Jesus, it is a time of rejoicing. The LORD says keep praying, keep fasting. Pray for those in authority. Pray for the conversion of the lost souls serving in government.
